Frank Roor managing director
Originally responsible for Verzinkerij Heerhugowaard, but now also for Poedercoating Heerhugowaard. Frank likes to interact with clients, but can also regularly be found on the shop floor. “It is all about motivated colleagues and reliable production machinery, which are exactly the strengths of both our companies.” Frank's motto is: “don't put off to tomorrow what you can do today!”

Jurriaan Swart commercial manager
Jurriaan started at Poedercoating Heerhugowaard in 1999 in commerce and on the shop floor. Today Jurriaan has final commercial responsibility for both Poedercoating and Verzinkerij Heerhugowaard. He can mainly be found at our clients but also at construction sites or on the shop floor. He is very enthusiastic and full of energy. His motto: “let your problem be our challenge.”

Claudia Hesseling commercial assistant
Although she is relatively new to the business, Claudia is capable of providing excellent advice to our clients and presenting them a customised offer. “All offers sent out quickly and accurately” is what she stands for. Whether you have a question about galvanising or powder coating, Claudia can help you!

Simon Burger quality manager
Simon has been working at Verzinkerij Heerhugowaard since 1973, and has the most experience in the field of galvanising. By now Simon also feels fully at home at Poedercoating Heerhugowaard and knows all there is to know about powder coating. So it makes sense that Simon is responsible for our quality inspection. And that goes beyond our company premises. As Simon himself says: “our service goes from drawing room to construction site.”

Gerrit Ilbrink planner
Gerrit is responsible for production and transport planning. He knows the company inside out. “Keeping everyone satisfied is no easy feat, but at the same time that is the challenge of the job.”

Dennis Venema production supervisor
As production supervisor, Dennis is always busy matching customer demand and production capacity. He consults the people on the shop floor, checks the progress of orders, and monitors delivery schedules. Dennis is also the man for customers to turn to with their technical powder-coating queries. His motto is: “You name it, we make it”.

Arjen de Vries head of administration
Arjen is a familiar face at both Verzinkerij Heerhugowaard and Poedercoating Heerhugowaard. And he is not an easy man to miss with his height of well over 2 metres! Ready to laugh, but also serious and scrupulous. Fully responsible for the financial records, the computer network and everything that goes with it. Arjens motto is:  ”order ready, invoice sent and payment within the term, that is the way it should be.”

Erwin Vogelpoel co-ordinator quality, labour and environment / purchaser
ISO 9001, ISO 14001, Qualicoat, and environmental licences, OHS policy, risk inventories, laboratory analyses, in-company training, purchasing, Erwin thinks nothing of it. "You only have to ask“, that is Erwin Vogelpoel. On top of that, he has also proved on several occasions to be an excellent lead first aider. In short: “we are in safe hands!”

Susanne Verhoef telephone operator / receptionist
The voice on the telephone. Susanne knows the clients and knows what they want, so Susanne can directly put everybody through to the right person: “a friendly word costs little and does relations a lot of good!”
